2. PAYMENT TERMS & REFUNDS
A. Fees and Payments
All purchases made through the Website are final, and you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Prices for Programs and services may vary and are subject to change.
B. Refund Policy
- Digital Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 40% of the course material. You must submit proof of coursework completion and demonstrate that the course did not provide the expected value.
- Live Events and Coaching Programs: All sales are final and non-refundable.
- Hard Goods (Books, Physical Products, etc.): You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
- Subscription Services: If applicable, recurring payments will continue until canceled by the client. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
