Return Policy

The opportunity for you to create the life you want is in front of you.. Michael and/or his team will share strategies with you to implement change in all areas of your life. All we ask is you to commit to to opening the box, attending the event or participating in the online or tele-coaching. If you simply commit to doing that, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. So, make a decision to live the life you’re capable of, the one you were born to live, and in turn enjoy life to its fullest. We know you can succeed when equipped with the communication tools that will keep your momentum going. What matters most is YOU knowing you can succeed; and with Michael’s programs you will realize the possibilities for your life are far greater than you ever realized. Now is the time to DECIDE AND DO!

1. Products and Goods

a. Digital Products

You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund. If received on or before the 30th day, you will receive a full refund. If the request is received on or after the 31st day of purchase, no refund will be issued.

b. Physical Products

You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. If the request is received on or before the 30th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request you will receive a full refund; otherwise no refund will be issued. We will cover return shipping on orders within the United States (any orders outside the United States are responsible for any and all return shipping, tariff, custom or other related charges).

c. Digital Product Trial

If you decide to continue with the product, do nothing and you will automatically be charged to the credit card on file. You must cancel 2 days prior to the end of your trial if you do not wish to continue, and to avoid being charged the monthly installments. You have 30-days from the date you initiated the trial to request a refund for your first installment. If a refund request is received, you will be given a full refund on the first installment. If the request is received on or after the 31st day after signing up for the trial, no refund will be issued.

d. International Returns (outside the United States)

If returning an item, please contact customerservice@tonyrobbins.com within the stated return period, who will provide you instructions for returning your product(s).

You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only. The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Once received, we will process the refund within one week and your funds should appear within 2 weeks of the return being processed. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

e. Exchanges

We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that is defective or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please send us an email at info@michaelbernoff.com, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective or damaged merchandise.
