I used to be guilty of all of these before I came up with a solution.

Everybody responds differently to being tired and there are All Kinds of Tired. (call it overwhelmed if you like) Now, what I’ve learned over the years is that Successful People learned to use fatigue to their advantage. Think of it like potential energy (storing it up) that turns into kinetic energy (energy in motion). THIS IS WHAT YOU MUST MASTER. As I said above, even I get tired sometimes (for those of you that’ve been to one of my multi-day events it may be a surprise) So how about that solution…
